In 1997, I co-founded Himalaya Partners to manage venture capital and hedge funds.
In 2003, I met Charlie Munger, Warren Buffett's deputy and Berkshire's vice-chairman, and made Berkshire one of the main clients of his funds, while I also managed the Munger family's estate.
In 2008, I started my own firm, Himalaya Partners.
In 2008, I introduced Berkshire to BYD, a Chinese battery and automobile maker, which returned $1.2 billion. In 2010, I introduced Berkshire to BYD, a Chinese battery and automobile maker.

Currently, I lead Himalaya Funds, a global investment firm that invests in funds, equities, crypto, options, and more, delivering consistent and strong returns to every investor.

Himalayan Fund, Phocas Community,was created to service the wider community on a global scale and to help other like-minded people who want to break out of the rat race and achieve financial independence so that they can enjoy their lives to the fullest.
